Returns Address

To help us arrange your return, please email info@leishape.com with your name and order number or another valid proof of purchase. Providing a reason for your return is optional.

Within 24–48 hours, we will provide confirmation, the physical return shipping address and instructions for arranging your free return shipping.

This procedure does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal. Full return conditions are described below.

Order Cancellation

To request cancellation before your order is processed, please contact info@leishape.com with your order number as soon as possible. Email is our preferred contact method for tracking and handling requests.

This procedure does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal, which may be exercised by communicating any unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw to us within the applicable statutory period.

Refund in Case of Cancellation

If your cancellation request is accepted before the order is processed, LeiShape will issue a full refund within 7 business days.

The refund will use the original payment method, unless you expressly agree to another method, with no additional fees.

If the order has already been processed or dispatched, we may be unable to stop its shipment. This does not remove your statutory right of withdrawal or your ability to request a return under our additional 100-day return policy.

For cancellation requests that constitute an exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal, the refund deadlines and conditions described in the “Refund Process” section apply.

Relationship with the Right of Withdrawal

This Cancellation Policy does not replace or limit in any way the rights provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), including the right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery. The extension to 100 days is an additional service offered by LeiShape™.

Returns within 100 Days

If the product you received does not meet your expectations, you can request a return within 100 days from delivery, subject to the conditions of this policy and without affecting your statutory consumer rights. There are no handling fees, and LeiShape covers the return shipping costs. To arrange your return and receive shipping instructions, contact info@leishape.com.

Conditions for Return

For returns under the statutory right of withdrawal, customers may inspect and carefully try on the product. Original packaging and a separate return form are not mandatory conditions for exercising that right. Applicable hygiene exceptions and any deductions for diminished value are explained in the “Hygiene and Product Condition” section.

For returns requested after the statutory withdrawal period under our additional 100-day return policy, the following conditions apply:

  • The return request must be submitted within 100 days from delivery.

  • The garment must be unused beyond a careful try-on, unwashed, clean and free from customer-caused damage.

  • Please include the original packaging and supplied accessories where possible.

  • Provide your order number or another valid proof of purchase so we can identify the order.

Please package the goods securely for return. These conditions do not limit your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.

Hygiene and Product Condition

Contact with the skin does not automatically exclude a garment from the statutory right of withdrawal. Customers may inspect and carefully try on garments as they would in a shop.

The hygiene exception applies only to goods supplied with a hygiene seal that are genuinely unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery. Any applicable exclusion must be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning may result in a deduction reflecting its diminished value, rather than automatic loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.

For returns under our additional 100-day return policy, garments must be unused beyond a careful try-on, unwashed, clean and free from customer-caused damage. These conditions do not limit statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.

How to Start a Return

Send an email to info@leishape.com indicating:

  • order number;
  • first and last name;
  • reason for return (optional but helpful).

For returns under the statutory right of withdrawal, unless we have offered to collect the goods, please send them back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after communicating your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send the goods before that period expires. This shipping deadline is separate from the period for requesting a return under our additional 100-day return policy.

Refund Process

For returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including standard outbound delivery costs where applicable, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. Additional costs for premium delivery are not refundable.

Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

For returns requested after the statutory withdrawal period under our additional 100-day return policy, the refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned goods, following verification that the applicable return conditions have been met.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless you expressly agree to another method, without additional fees. This policy does not limit your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods.

Return Eligibility and Statutory Rights

The absence of original packaging does not automatically remove your statutory right of withdrawal. Please include the original packaging and any supplied accessories where possible.

Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect and try on the product may result in a lawful deduction reflecting its actual diminished value. It does not automatically remove the statutory right of withdrawal. Any applicable hygiene exception is explained in the “Hygiene and Product Condition” section.

Requests under our additional 100-day return policy must be submitted within 100 days from delivery and meet the conditions applicable to that voluntary policy. Expiry of this voluntary return period does not affect statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact info@leishape.com with your order number or another valid proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may request photographs to help assess and resolve the problem.

LeiShape covers the necessary return shipping costs and will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label or arrange collection, as appropriate.

For goods covered by the statutory legal guarantee, you may request repair or replacement free of charge, subject to the conditions established by applicable law. Where the legal conditions are met, you may instead be entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract and a refund.

The 100-day voluntary return period and the conditions for change-of-mind returns do not limit your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.

Free Size Exchange

We offer one completely free size exchange per order, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions and Limitations

  • The exchange is for a different size of the same model and color, subject to availability.

  • Changes of model or color are not included in this size exchange service. You may instead request a return under our return policy and place a new order.

  • The garment must be unused beyond a careful try-on, unwashed, clean and free from customer-caused damage.

  • Please include the original packaging and supplied accessories where possible.

  • Provide your order number or another valid proof of purchase.

To arrange an exchange, please contact info@leishape.com before sending the product back.

Once we receive and check the returned garment, we will send the requested size if available. If it is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available options. Store credit will only be issued with your express agreement. You may alternatively request a return and refund under the applicable conditions of our return policy.

Shipping Costs for Size Exchange

For the first size exchange, LeiShape covers both the return shipping and the shipping of the replacement garment, with no handling fees.

Shipping costs for subsequent voluntary size exchanges are payable by the customer and will be disclosed before the exchange is agreed.

This voluntary exchange service does not replace or limit your statutory right of withdrawal or your rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.

Lifetime Warranty — Structural Defects

Product Warranties

These commercial warranties are provided by LCWY LLC, operating as LeiShape, with registered office at 8 The Green STE A, Dover, DE 19901, United States. Contact: info@leishape.com.

They are additional to, and do not replace or restrict, your statutory consumer rights.

Thermal Sculpting Smoothing Leggings — 12-Month Breakage Coverage

For Thermal Sculpting Smoothing Leggings purchased directly from leishape.com, LeiShape covers any breakage or tear occurring within the first 12 months from delivery.

During this period, coverage includes breakage caused by manufacturing defects, normal use, wear, accidental damage or improper care. These causes are not excluded from the 12-month breakage coverage.

For a covered breakage, LeiShape will replace the affected product free of charge and cover the necessary return and replacement shipping costs.

Lifetime Warranty — Structural Manufacturing Defects

LeiShape also offers a lifetime warranty against structural manufacturing defects on products purchased directly from leishape.com.

For Thermal Sculpting Smoothing Leggings, this protection continues after the initial 12-month breakage coverage ends.

“Lifetime” means the product’s useful life under normal use and appropriate care. It does not mean the purchaser’s lifetime.

Covered defects include:
• Seams opening or giving way because of a manufacturing defect.
• Material defects causing tears, breakage or deformation.
• Manufacturing defects affecting elastic or other structural components.

After the first 12 months, the leggings’ commercial warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, improper use, modifications or washing contrary to the care instructions, unless the issue is attributable to a covered manufacturing defect.

These exclusions do not apply to the leggings’ initial 12-month breakage coverage and do not limit statutory rights.

How to Make a Claim

Email info@leishape.com with:
• Your order number or another valid proof of purchase.
• A description of the issue.
• Photographs showing the damage or defect, where available.

We may request additional information or arrange a return to assess the claim. Please contact us before sending the product back so we can arrange the necessary shipping.

We will assess commercial warranty claims and communicate the outcome within 14 business days of receiving the information or product needed for assessment.

For a covered claim, we will provide a free replacement and cover the necessary shipping costs. If the original item is unavailable, an equivalent replacement may be provided with your agreement. Otherwise, we will contact you to agree on an appropriate alternative remedy. Store credit will only be issued with your express agreement.

Statutory Rights and Advertised Promises

Consumers in the European Union retain their statutory legal guarantee of at least two years from delivery for a lack of conformity, subject to applicable law. Any longer protection under national law remains unaffected.

The expiry of the 12-month breakage coverage does not end or restrict these statutory rights, including applicable rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

These terms do not reduce any more favourable warranty promises applicable to your purchase.

Limitations of Liability

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights, your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, or any mandatory rights to compensation under applicable law.
