Returns Address

To start a return, email info@leishape.com with your order number, name, and reason. You will receive confirmation and the physical return shipping address within 24–48 hours. Full conditions are described in the sections below.

Order Cancellation

LeiShape™ allows customers to request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of purchase confirmation. Cancellation can only be accepted if the order has not yet been processed (no label generated, no parcel prepared, no carrier handover).

If the order has already been processed or handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible. The customer may still exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days from delivery, as described in the Return Policy.

To request cancellation, the customer must send a written communication to info@leishape.com, indicating the order number. Requests sent via other channels (chat, social, phone) are not legally valid.

Refund in Case of Cancellation

If the cancellation request is accepted, LeiShape™ will issue a full refund within 7 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase or, if necessary, by bank transfer. If the order has already been processed or shipped, the request will be rejected and the customer may proceed with a return under the conditions described.

Relationship with the Right of Withdrawal

This Cancellation Policy does not replace or limit in any way the rights provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), including the right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery. The extension to 30 days is an additional service offered by LeiShape™.

Returns within 30 Days

If the product you received does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days from delivery, with no handling fees. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Conditions for Return

  • Product in original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • No signs of use, damage, dirt, or wear.
  • Complete with accessories, instructions, and documentation.
  • Accompanied by return document or equivalent communication.

Intimate Apparel — Hygiene Clause

All LeiShape™ products (bras, bodysuits, shapewear, shaping leggings, and any other garment in direct contact with the skin) are classified as intimate articles pursuant to Art. 59, letter e) of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, the right of withdrawal is excluded for products that have been worn even once beyond a simple try-on over the customer's own underwear. The return will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, odors, residues, or alterations from the original condition.

How to Start a Return

Send an email to info@leishape.com indicating:

  • order number;
  • first and last name;
  • reason for return (optional but helpful).

Refund Process

The refund will be issued only after verification of the returned product's condition. The amount will be refunded within 30 days from receipt of the goods, via the same payment method.

Loss of the Right of Withdrawal

  • Products worn, damaged, or showing signs of use.
  • Absence of original packaging.
  • Return beyond the allowed timeframe.

Defective or Incorrect Products

In case of a defective item or one different from what was ordered, contact us immediately at info@leishape.com. Photos of the product may be requested. If the return is approved, shipping costs will be refunded upon receipt.

Free Size Exchange

We offer a free size exchange to guarantee full customer satisfaction.

Conditions and Limitations

  • The exchange is valid exclusively for size replacement of the same model and color.
  • It is not possible to request a change of color, model, or variant.
  • To obtain a different product, the customer must proceed with a return (see Returns section) and a new separate order.
  • Product unused and in original condition.
  • Original packaging intact.
  • No signs of wear.

Once the product is received and verified, we will send the new size or an equivalent store credit.

Shipping Costs for Size Exchange

The first size exchange is completely free. Subsequent exchanges are at the customer's expense.

Lifetime Warranty — Structural Defects

LeiShape™ offers a lifetime warranty on structural manufacturing defects for all products purchased directly from the official website leishape.com. This warranty is an additional commitment over and above the Legal Conformity Warranty provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, Articles 128–135).

What "Lifetime" Means

The warranty covers the entire useful life of the product, understood as the period in which the product maintains its functionality under normal use conditions and in compliance with the instructions provided. It does not refer to the customer's lifetime.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Seams that open or give way under normal use conditions.
  • Material defects causing breakage, tears, or deformations not deriving from wear.
  • Malfunctions of closures, hooks, elastics, or other structural components attributable to a manufacturing defect.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Natural wear from prolonged use (fading, loss of elasticity over time, pilling).
  • Damage caused by improper use, negligence, accidents, or modifications to the product.
  • Damage from washing not in compliance with the instructions on the label.
  • Aesthetic damage that does not compromise the product's functionality.
  • Products purchased through unauthorized resellers.

Validity Conditions

  • Be the original purchaser of the product.
  • Provide proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation, or receipt).
  • Have used the product in accordance with the instructions provided.

How to Request Warranty Service

To open a warranty claim, the customer must send an email to info@leishape.com indicating:

  • original order number;
  • first and last name;
  • detailed description of the defect;
  • clear photographs of the defect (mandatory).

Evaluation and Resolution Process

LeiShape™ reserves the right to evaluate each warranty claim. After receiving and verifying the product or photographic documentation, it will communicate the outcome of the evaluation within 14 business days.

If the defect is recognized as structural and covered by the warranty, LeiShape™ will offer, at its discretion, one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the product with the same item (or equivalent item if no longer available).
  • Issuance of a store credit of equal value, redeemable on leishape.com.

Shipping costs for sending the replacement product are borne by LeiShape™.

Relationship with the Legal Warranty

This lifetime warranty is an additional commercial service offered by LeiShape™ and does not replace, limit, or prejudice in any way the consumer rights provided by the Legal Conformity Warranty (Legislative Decree 206/2005), which provides 24 months of coverage from delivery for any conformity defect.

Limitations of Liability

LeiShape™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product. LeiShape™'s maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the value of the originally purchased product.
