Shipping policy
We need on average 1–2 business days to process your order and hand it over to the carrier's logistics center. During peak periods (holidays or special promotions), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Once your order has been picked up by our shipping department, no changes are possible, including address modifications. Shipping will be made exclusively to the address provided at checkout.
Shipments are made on business days only; we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. For orders with multiple items, shipment may occur in separate parcels with different timings, depending on the location of our manufacturing partners.
Insured Shipping
If selected at checkout, LeiShape™ Insured Shipping guarantees full order coverage against:
- loss
- theft
- damage during transit
In case of shipping issues, the customer is entitled to an immediate full refund, subject to verification of the report through our Customer Service.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with a unique tracking number. You will receive the code by email once the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
For some carriers, it may take up to 5 business days for tracking to update in the system. If you do not see updates after this period, please contact us and we will verify the shipment status.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination country. The following estimates are indicative and not binding:

Note on Delivery Times
Times indicated are approximate estimates in business days. Despite our commitment to ensuring timely delivery, LeiShape™ is not responsible for delays caused by external circumstances, including:
- customs or postal delays
- national holidays
- adverse weather conditions
- strikes, demonstrations, or unforeseen logistic events
Such events may result in delays beyond standard expected times.
Remote Areas and Minor Islands
Deliveries to minor islands, mountain areas, or zones considered remote by carriers may require longer transit times than those indicated in the table. Any delays due to these conditions do not constitute a breach of contract.

Customs Duties and VAT
All our shipments are handled in DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) mode. This means LeiShape™ covers:
- customs duties
- import taxes
- VAT
In exceptional cases where you receive a payment request, please contact us immediately. You may also consult your local customs office for further information.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels
LeiShape™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. If tracking indicates the parcel was delivered to the provided address but you did not receive it, please:
- report it immediately;
- file a claim directly with the carrier responsible for delivery.
We use the official carrier information and delivery confirmation to verify any refund or claim requests. We cannot accept claims submitted late or without official evidence.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete. Since we start processing orders immediately, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once confirmed and picked up by the shipping department.
LeiShape™ is not responsible for:
- parcels lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed to the provided address;
- damage occurring after delivery;
- failed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable addresses.
