The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LCWY LLC, operating as LeiShape. Our store uses Shopify to support its ecommerce services.

These Terms govern your use of leishape.com and purchases from our store. They should be read together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Section 1 — Access and Account

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. Where legally required, minors must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Please provide accurate and current contact, payment and delivery information. Keep your account credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Responsibility for account activity will be assessed under applicable law. These Terms do not make you automatically responsible for activity caused by a security failure attributable to us.

Section 2 — Our Products

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Screen settings may affect how colours appear on your device.

This does not limit our obligation to supply products that conform to their description, advertised characteristics and applicable legal requirements, or your rights if a product is defective or not as described.

We may update descriptions, discontinue products or limit quantities available for future purchases. Such changes do not retrospectively alter the characteristics or conditions agreed for an accepted order.

Section 3 — Orders

Placing an order submits an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation of acceptance. An automated acknowledgement of receipt does not, by itself, constitute acceptance.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order for legitimate reasons, such as unavailable stock, an unresolved payment issue or suspected fraud. We will notify you and refund any payment received for an order we do not accept.

If a problem affects an accepted order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. We will not impose a substitute product, additional charge or material change without your agreement. Cancellation and refunds remain subject to applicable law.

Contact info@leishape.com promptly if you wish to cancel or correct an order. Processing or dispatch may prevent us from stopping shipment, but does not remove any statutory right of withdrawal.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. That policy does not replace or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Section 4 — Prices and Billing

The applicable product price and currency are displayed before purchase. The total payable, including applicable taxes, shipping charges and optional services you select, is shown at checkout.

Price changes apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively change the price of an accepted order.

All shipments are sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. LeiShape covers applicable customs duties, import taxes and VAT, as described in our Shipping Policy. Customers are not required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

Promotions may have additional conditions disclosed before purchase. Those conditions do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Please use a payment method you are authorised to use and provide accurate billing information.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, processing times and estimated transit times are described in our Shipping Policy. To estimate delivery from purchase, add processing time to the transit time for your destination.

Delivery estimates do not override an expressly agreed delivery deadline or statutory consumer rights.

For shipments using carriers arranged by LeiShape, we remain responsible for loss or damage until you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

If your order is delayed, missing or damaged, contact info@leishape.com. We will investigate with the carrier and provide assistance and remedies required by applicable law.

Optional shipping insurance does not replace or limit these responsibilities.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, designs and other materials belong to LeiShape or their respective owners or licensors.

You may use the website for personal shopping and other lawful purposes. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of protected content requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

These Terms do not restrict statutory exceptions or other lawful uses of intellectual property.

Section 7 — Optional Tools

Our website may provide access to tools or services supplied by third parties. Their functionality and any separate conditions will depend on the relevant provider.

Review applicable third-party conditions before using an optional service. Separate conditions do not reduce LeiShape’s responsibilities for your purchase or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Links to external websites may be provided for information or convenience. Unless stated otherwise, those websites are operated by third parties and have their own terms and privacy policies.

A link does not transfer LeiShape’s obligations concerning your purchase to another business. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Section 9 — Relationship with Shopify

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform supporting this store. The seller of products purchased from leishape.com is LCWY LLC, operating as LeiShape.

Questions concerning orders, products, delivery, returns, refunds and warranties should be directed to info@leishape.com.

This section does not require you to waive any rights or claims available under applicable law against LeiShape, Shopify or another responsible party.

Section 10 — Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used in connection with this store, including relevant service providers, international transfers and your rights.

Shopify’s processing of personal information is explained in its Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute blanket consent to all uses of personal information. Where consent is legally required, it will be requested separately.

Section 11 — Feedback and Reviews

You retain ownership of reviews and other content you submit.

By submitting content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and share it for operating and promoting LeiShape, subject to applicable law and privacy rights.

You must have the necessary rights to submit the content. Reviews should reflect genuine experiences, and any compensation or incentive should be disclosed.

We may moderate content for legitimate reasons, including unlawful material, spam, privacy violations or content unrelated to the product or service. We will not alter a review’s meaning to misrepresent a customer’s experience.

This section does not restrict lawful complaints, criticism or consumer rights.

Section 12 — Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

We may correct genuine errors in website content, including descriptions, prices, availability and delivery information.

If an error affects an order, we will contact you promptly to explain it. Corrections do not give us an unrestricted right to change or cancel an accepted contract.

Any change, cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law. We will not charge an additional amount or materially change an accepted order without your agreement.

Section 13 — Prohibited Uses

You must not use the website for unlawful activities, fraud, harassment, infringement of third-party rights or interference with website security.

You must not introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access or misuse other people’s personal information.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a breach, protect security or comply with law. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the reason.

Restricting website access does not remove your rights relating to existing orders, refunds, returns or warranties.

You may stop using the website at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for legitimate reasons, including serious breaches of these Terms, security risks or legal requirements. We will provide notice where required and appropriate.

Termination of website access does not automatically cancel an accepted purchase or remove rights and obligations concerning existing orders, delivery, payment, returns, refunds or warranties.

Any obligations that lawfully continue after termination remain applicable.

Section 15 — Warranty Limitation

Products purchased from LeiShape are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity and other mandatory consumer protections under applicable law.

For defective or non-conforming goods, consumers may be entitled to repair or replacement free of charge and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract and a refund.

Consumers in the European Union retain a statutory legal guarantee of at least two years from delivery. Any longer protection under applicable national law remains unaffected.

Our commercial warranties provide additional protection. Thermal Sculpting Smoothing Leggings purchased directly from leishape.com include coverage for any breakage or tear within the first 12 months from delivery, including breakage caused by normal wear, accidental damage or improper care.

After those 12 months, coverage for structural manufacturing defects continues during the product’s useful life. Our lifetime warranty against structural manufacturing defects also applies to other products purchased directly from leishape.com.

Full coverage, conditions and claim procedures are described in our Refund Policy. These commercial warranties and our additional 100-day return policy do not replace or limit statutory rights or any more favourable warranty promises applicable to your purchase.

Website access may occasionally be interrupted or affected by technical errors. This does not limit our obligations concerning products, accurate information, delivery, refunds or mandatory consumer rights.

Section 16 — Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

LeiShape remains responsible for its obligations concerning products sold, delivery, returns, refunds and guarantees under the purchase contract and applicable law.

These Terms do not restrict statutory rights concerning defective goods, non-delivery, withdrawal, refunds or compensation.

Section 17 — Responsibility for Unlawful Conduct

Responsibility for damage caused by unlawful conduct or a breach of these Terms will be determined under applicable law, taking account of fault, causation and any applicable limitations.

Using this website does not, by itself, require you to indemnify LeiShape, Shopify or third parties, pay their legal costs or assume liability for their conduct.

This section does not restrict your right to dispute a claim, raise a complaint or exercise consumer rights.

Section 18 — Severability

If a provision is found to be unlawful, unfair or unenforceable, it will not bind the consumer to the extent required by law.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply only where the contract can lawfully continue without the affected provision.

Section 19 — Waiver and Interpretation

A failure to exercise a right immediately does not, by itself, constitute a waiver of that right.

The purchase contract includes these Terms, relevant policies and the product information, promises and conditions applicable when the order was placed.

These Terms do not exclude binding pre-contractual statements or more favourable promises applicable to your purchase.

Terms will be interpreted under applicable law. Where consumer law requires an ambiguous term to be interpreted in the consumer’s favour, that rule applies.

Section 20 — Assignment

Any transfer of contractual rights or obligations must comply with applicable law.

We will not transfer an accepted purchase contract in a way that reduces your guarantees or other rights, or materially disadvantages you, without any consent required by law.

This section does not restrict a consumer’s ability to transfer rights where permitted by law.

Section 21 — Applicable Law and Disputes

Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the relevant legal rules, including mandatory consumer protections.

These Terms do not deprive consumers of protections applicable in their country of habitual residence or restrict their right to bring proceedings before a court competent under applicable law.

No provision requires consumers to accept exclusive jurisdiction in the United States or waive access to courts available under mandatory consumer law.

Please contact info@leishape.com if you wish to raise a complaint. Contacting us does not prevent you from using other remedies or extend or shorten statutory deadlines.

Section 22 — Headings

Headings are provided for readability and do not override the meaning of the provisions or applicable law.

Section 23 — Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future website use and purchases. The current version and update date will be published on this page.

Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights or alter conditions applicable to an accepted order. Any change to an existing contract requires a valid legal basis and any notice or consent required by law.

Continuing to browse the website does not, by itself, constitute agreement to a material change to an existing purchase contract.
