Does it roll down?

No. There are built in bones that stop the band from folding over, and anti slip silicone strips on the inside that grip your skin. It is the part we would not cut.

Will it push my back fat over the top?

This is why the waist is high and the band is wide. A narrow band digs in and creates a line. A wide, boned band spreads the hold, so nothing spills over the edge.

Will I be too hot in it?

The knit is breathable and moisture wicking, and it is light. It works in summer too. It is a layer, not a wetsuit.

Can I breathe and eat in it?

Yes. It is high control, which means firm, not punishing. If you feel squeezed, you are in the wrong size. Go up one.

Does it add padding?

No. The lift comes from 3D tailoring in the back panels. It shapes what is already yours.

What size should I get?

Measure your waist and hips and use the chart.

EU 32-34: waist 60-66 cm, hips 86-100
EU 36-38: waist 67-82, hips 101-113
EU 40-42: waist 83-99, hips 114-127
EU 44-46: waist 100-114, hips 128-137
EU 48-50: waist 115-127, hips 138-147

Between two sizes, go up. If waist and hips land in different sizes, follow your hips. Still unsure, message us with your measurements and we will tell you.

How do I wash it?

Hand wash cold, do not bleach, line dry, do not iron. The silicone and the bones last longer that way.
